I have got a problem.

I'm running LASERRX vC.00.00. Up until a month ago LASERRX was being
run on a standard 486/66 with Windoze 3.1 to a HP 1200C. (The 1200C
has 10 megs of memory installed [non postscript] During the time we
were running on the 486/66 there was never a problem that could not be
traced back to "user" error. The situation has now changed. A month
ago the 486/66 blew a mother board and we replaced the unit with a HP
Pavillion 7170 (P5/166) running Windoze 95.

Now I have a problem I canna fixed.

LASERRX works fine under W95 except for when it tries to print "Area
Fill Graphs" such as "Global CPU Util" The "Area Fill Graphs"
display fine on the screen , but somewhere between the screen and the
printer everything prints except the lettering within the legends. In
other words the color blocks do print at the top of the page but the
lettering that should be within each block of color to tell you what
each one is for does not print. All other style graphs print fine.
Even if you print a "Global CPU Util" chart in "Hatch" style the
legend prints correctly. The problem seems to only be with "Area Fill
Graphs"

The print driver in use is the one that came with the Pavillion for
HP1200C. I am assuming that the Pavillion would have the most current
driver for HP1200C units. Nothing has been changed on the driver
except for the timeout register. The value in the timeout register
has been changed from 15 seconds to 60.

Question #01:Is anyone running LASERRX under W95?

Question #02:If you are runing LASERRX under W95 did you or are you
haveing any problems?

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

TIA
