All SQL databases which support C as a host language provide preprocessors
to handle C code.
Embedded SQL in C, by itself, does not require any rework when
moving to MPE/POSIX shell. Any additional features used in the C program
like filenames, etc. which differ from the MPE to POSIX namespace
need to be taken care of.
