Bad UFID

Bad Universal File IDentifier

In other words your file system is corrupted.

You need to run FSCHECK.MPEXL.TELESUP.

Run it with everything and everybody OFF the system. No exceptions. RTFM first
or you can destroy your whole system.

BTW, you may not be able to recover everything, YMMV wildly.
