This is an update to the new online, downloadable
version of Lars Appel's Web Server Starter Kit...

1.  It is now available on a European Server.  Thanks
to Kim Harris of Entrix Computing.  European users
may go to the mirror site at:

   http://www.entrix.co.uk/download/freeware/

It's available in the US at:

   http://www.idpnet.com/hp3000/   (the original site)

2.  Shortly, we will be releasing a PKZIP'd version
of the file WEBTAPE (both versions).  Although we
were able to cut it from 16MB to 7MB, it's still a little
hefty.  If you have the speed/bandwidth to get it, then
please feel free to go to either of the two sites above.
If you want to wait for the PKZIP'd version, it should
be available over the weekend (I will be out of town
starting tomorrow).
