I don't doubt that mirroring the system volume set offers interesting
technical challenges, but of the multiple volumesets I juggle, MPEXL_SYSTEM
is the one I want protected the most.  Data on the user volumesets (at least
Image and AllBase) can be recovered from logs and restores.
 
And if one user volume set dies, then other user keep running.  If MPEXL_
dies, then all my users die with it.  This is a significant business
related oversight on HPs part.
