Susan Gregory is also an absolutely wonderful person to work with. She gathered the resources to solve a six month problem.
She is really great to work with--earnest, persistent, pleasant; and she just won't let those problems slip away without fixing them!

I want to second Chuck's comments about his experiences with Peggy Lacy and, in fact, the rest of the escalation team. Peggy and her peers took great care of us a few months back when we had some severe telnet problems on our 5.5pp7 system. Very professional and knowledgeable group of folks who did great in the follow-up department as well. A refreshing change from some of the "engineers" I've had contact with at the HP-RC.
