Is this the same Mike Reaser that used to work on the Dee Emm Ell
Teeeem?

I found only 2 vague references to KKAUTIL (Kevin's Keyed Access or
KSAM-less Keyed Access depending who you believe) in the database (no
joy). I was unable to find it on my boxes here. Never used it myself.
Sorry, not much help here. Perhaps a Formspec batch Renumber would help
and/or a call to the good ol' RC.
