I expect your email got lost in the millions of other emails HP
get every day.

I have an HP Laserjet 4050 which I bought about 3 years ago and it
has never given me any trouble whatsoever.

So what exactly is wrong with your printer?

Please clarify the statement "not working" ?

Brian Donaldson.
