Yes you can do this with Suprtool. You'll need to use the LINK command; some
DEFINEs; "OUTPUT filename, LINK" and some work files (three of them, the 3rd
being your target result). Of course some may be able to create that file with
two work files... or one... (anybody remember the show "Name That Tune"?).
