You can actually put up to 384 MB easily, and possibly more.  IIRC, there
are a wholllle bunch of slots where you can plug in memory cards (in back
*and* in front), and there were third party cards from Kelly Computer (and
possibly others?).  The HP "official" max memory is smaller, of course :)

Or from an external HP-IB disk.

There's a *chance* that if you found a 932 with a sufficiently new version
of the IODC firmware, it *might* be able to boot from SCSI.  The equivalent
hardware HP 9000/832 had that ability, IIRC.  On this, I'm not as sure as I am
about the max memory question.
