I think the name of the other application is :STORE ;ONLINE.
We had a fun time (probably well over a year ago) with this one. Batch
reports run at the same time as the online backup were dying with open
failures intermittently. We eventually figured out the pattern, that the
failing opens were only for Image files that were actively being written to
tape by :STORE ;ONLINE.
I think the temporary workaround was to disable TPI on these databases. I
think the permanent fix came with a patched update to Omnidex.
