Nice theory but you miss a few little things:

These "criminals" are funded by government's hostile to the US. If someone
hires a person to kill me, am I not justified in going after the employer as
well as the employee?

The Middle East is full of Islamic religous leaders who preach the
destruction of the West as a duty required of muslims and teach hatred of
anyone who does not think as they do. They have declared war on us, not us
on them.

Closing your eyes to the world does nothing but hand victory to your
enemies. All we need is the PC liberals to get out of the way and stop
hindering those who are trying to get the job done. Fortunately our military
is not yet filled with the kind of weakness you and the mainstream media
seem to think, although Clinton did his best to make it so, they still have
the will to fight. Something that appears to have suprised the Taliban and
Osama.

For some the concepts of Honor, Duty and protecting your country and loved
ones is not a thing of horror thrust upon them but a choice they made and
have pride in.

still to be a live lion. And usually easier. -- Lazarus Long in Time Enough
