I have installed SAMBA on a HP 968. Everything seems to be working. I have
one simple question. After I set up a share as follows:
[local]

  comment = matttest
  path=/usr/local
  valid users=manager.sys
  public=no
  writable=no

  I go back to my win95 P.C. and attempt to connect by mapping a network
drive. I get a message from win95 stating I must supply a password. I assume
at this point I need to supply the mpe user password for manager. I use
security 3000. What is the syntax for password to set this up. Do I need to
supply the userid and do I need my security 3000 sessionid?
