The RESTORE DIRECTORY will restore the accounting structure, users,
passwords, capabilities and access rights. If you are using user volumes,
restoring the directory will also point the appropriate groups to their
respective volume set. Directories can be restored on user volumes to
rebuild the accounting structure.

We are aware that some problems have been reported but we haven't
encountered them. However, we also run the BUILDACCT job as a backup
incase of problems.
