What did you INSTALL from? Was it a recent CSLT?
Just for grins... did an FSCHECK find any issues?
How's disc space?

Subject: Orbit Restore
Replaced a bad disc drive via normal procedures. Small system all drives on System Volume Set. Shutdown, Replaced bad drive, Ran Mapper to ensure new drive visible, did INSTALL, system up - scratched drives and re-added them via VOLUTIL, ran BULDJOB1 from a backup tape, "RESTORED @[log in to unmask]@;show;olddate;local" from FULL Orbit Backup tape to get the BACKUPPL.PUB.SYS program off. Created quick restore job to restore all files off the FULL Orbit Backup (Yes, Restored EDITOR off Utility Tape) and getting the below error from the ORBIT Program on the RESTORE.
