A good utility is Data Express.  This will allow
you to query that database, put it into many
files, including a pc file in Lotus format.  This
is a little overkill if that is the only thing
that you want, but if others would like the
ability to do ad-hoc reporting and would like to
dump the output into other formats, I would
suggest this.
