A couple of ways.

The easiest would be to simply copy NMCONFIX.PUB.SYS over 
NMCONFIG.PUB.SYS and re-validate.

This NMCONFIX file represents the state of your NMCONFIG file when 
you last performed a START NORECOVERY.

Alternately, you should be delete the extraneous link via the "NS", 
"Unguided Config", "Go to Link" screen functions of NMMGR.
