Given a dataset name or number, DBINFO(831) will return a list containing a
count, followed by n-item numbers of all TPI keys that can be called against
a dataset using DBFIND(1).

This is the basic TPI standard.  You should refer to the documentation for
the specific TPI tool you are using to confirm implementation.
