To what software running on the mpe/ix do the emulators running on the
PCs connect?   Its obvious that the MSS1 is attempting to connect to
some other service on the HP3000.  The MSS1 documentation (on CD) should
indicate what services need to be running on the host, most likely a
telnet daemon of some kind.
