Well it has been 6 days running my 957RX on the SCSI2SD card. So far so good. Runs just the same as before. The system does not see much activity since it's for old data only and once in a while someone logs on. I have ftp and samba running. Also Materials Management 3000 has it monitor and processes running with databases opened. I started a self streaming job to bang on it for a while with a database unload to disk and a file copy. I let that run for a day. Here are my specifics.
I have a 16GB Kingston SD card in the device. I configured 2 LUNs on the card. One of 2GB, because this is what I have on the array and I wasn't sure of the maximum for LDEV 1, whether the limit as 2 or 4 GB. The second, LDEV 2 is 9GB. Here is a listing. I picked different IDs so they wouldn't look the same. I don't think it matters much.
Sysgen -> IO
     io> ld 1/2
LDEV: 1 DEVNAME: OUTDEV: 0 MODE:
ID: ST32272N RSIZE: 128 DEVTYPE: DISC
 PATH: 52.4.0 MPETYPE: 4 MPESUBTYPE: 2
CLASS: DISC SPOOL

LDEV: 2 DEVNAME: OUTDEV: 0 MODE:
ID: ST34572N RSIZE: 128 DEVTYPE: DISC
 PATH: 52.5.0 MPETYPE: 4 MPESUBTYPE: 2
CLASS: DISC SPOOL

TOTALS (IN SECTORS):
          DEVICE SIZE : 46137312
          TRANS SPACE : 562224 PERM SPACE : 31435648

           FREE SPACE : 14139440
AVAIL TO TRANS SPACE : 14139440 AVAIL TO PERM SPACE : 6942176

You can see from these listings what I have for space and what's being used.
Total Space = 46137312 x 256 = 11,811,151,872 Bytes
Free Space = 14139440 x 256 = 3,619,696,640 Bytes
Used Space = 31997872 x 256 = 8,191,455,232 Bytes

So, any questions?

P.S. The SCSI2SD is running from the termination power on the SCSI cable.
It is a sight to behold.
