Carl,

even though I already sent an MPEX command that will report the files you want, I cannot resist stating what seems to me to be obvious:

Increase the maintenance (cleaning) schedule on the tape drives until they fail for cleaning at or under an acceptable rate. This might mean cleaning all the drives before you go home at night.

To my military mind, waiting to clean the drives until they call for it is not a very high level of preparedness.
