For some reason, unknown to me, when we have
a user log on at approximately 6:30 - 7:30,
from a remote location, communicating via
WAN/LAN thru a HP Advance Stack J2601A
router, it drops their connection, and
prevents them from logging back in for a
period of time. We have no active jobs
running & local users logging in via the LAN
don't experience this problem.

Here are the errors :

<begin>

** NS/3000 NetIPC Error in VT; JOB #S1631;
PIN:337; INFO 1
-Error : 42
** NS/3000 Internal Error in VT; JOB 0; PIN:
624;INFO:0
-Error : 12; Error Reported By VT
-VT Error : 42; Remote Not Responding,
Connection Closed

<end>

Can anyone shed any light on this ? Or help
point me in the right direction to obtain
assistance in resolving this issue ? Any
help and/or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Thank You.
