I know the US contributed financially to the war effort, but they weren't
prepared to enter the war itself until they were attacked.

I have to admit this is the funniest thing I heard in while, that population
size will govern who wins a war. Vietnam, in 1969 had a overall population
of 40 Million, the US, I guess around 200 M, so what happened.

I don't quite know what your knowledge of Europe or Belgium is, but IMO, I
have a lot more freedom than you. Europe, in general, has a much more
liberal attitude to civil law, so maybe you've never experienced real
freedom like we have in Europe.
