WRQ's FAST FILE TRANSFER doesn't use a set port. It dynamically assigns a
port each time.

ZoneAlarm (free) doesn't allow restriction by PORTs - just programs. The
paid (Pro) version of ZoneAlarm DOES allow you to control TCP "ports" (aka
sockets). Not that it'd help in this case.

Problem is: I can not find anyplace where the built in XP firewall
permits specifying what ports to open; but was hoping someone here
knew how to do it.  (I also did not find the ports in my initial
search of the archives, though I confess I did not work very hard at
it).  I'd rather use the "free" firewall if I can; if not, I am open
to suggestions for other firewall software and Zone Alarm is the one I
most ofter hear spoken of positively.
