I am sorry, that message went out incomplete.

I meant to say that it has started to increase and that I expect that it
will continue to increase as the migration bandwagon rolls on. I was
wondering if the list had a method for dealing with those that abuse it.

I did not mean to imply that NetSysco's 1 post was in itself abusing the
list.
