Emc volume sets question

Does anyone use EMC Symmetric with the HP3000?  What we need to do is to
come up with a way to do a sync from our production box to our development
box to a different volume set that is a different account name. We want to
go from our production box to the development box and copy the data using
EMC to a different account. Does anyone know how to do this with EMC?

We can sync are data from one box to another with the same account name. We
do not want to use the copy command or a restore time limitation.
