1) I'm 99.9% sure your Fortran stuff will have to be completely
re-written.

2) IMAGE does NOT run on the HP9000 (anymore), so you will need to look at
AllBase or ???.

3) The DTC is about the only thing you will be able to keep from the 3000.

4) Sorry, but why are you looking at a 9000 when it would be easier to
upgrade to a newer e3000?  If you did that, it would be a simple move of
the software, for the most part.

We have a HP3000 (S937)server with MPE/iX 5.5 where we run our programs
(writen in Fortran 77). We want to move our programs (and the data base -
Turbo Image)to a new HP9000 L Series with HP-UX 11 (we want to buy it
soon).
Is posibile to run same programs without recompile or rewriting them for
HP9000 L Series?
Can we install a DTC16 to HP9000 L Series?
