I'm not sure whether is is full or not, but my rule of thumb is
Half-Duplex, but more importantly, auto-negotiate OFF, but that would be
a switch setting, I usually use a directly connected patch cable.
With a direct connect one-wire between a small PC running a terminal
emulator, it shouldn't matter. The port is gawd-awful slow anyway.
Because it is tied with the serial port right next to it.
Although I don't normally put the console on a company network. Just a
two node LAN, the PC and the console port only.
