HEHEHE! This list is great, you people are a riot! Actually my hardware support (non-HP) guy will be doing the swap (with my nose in his business the whole time) and I'm taking the system from the users on a Friday morn to allow a recovery buffer if needed (users don't work weekends). My biggest concern was any CPU configuration and hardware specific variables. Is !HPSUSAN a hardware specific variable?  What's it used for and how does it get it's value?
