Wouldn't it be a LOT easier to just call them and find out what the
situation is?

Subject: STR (Fax Server) Replacement

I just received notice that our STR fax server hardware is not y2k
compliant
and that I must call their non-800 phone number to "discuss my options."
Well, NOT!!!

We create student-history reports on the HP3K and use the STR product to
fax
them to a student's new school or college. Can anyone suggest a non-STR
alternative? TIA...Jerry
