According to the documentation (SSMM and Communicator) you can go directly
from 6.0 to 7.5. Make sure you have PP1 for 7.5.

But the question is should you? A lot has happened to MPE/iX since 6.0. The
change from 6.0 to 6.5 was pretty major, especially in the file system. If
you have the time to do a staged migration or if you have a lot of "edge"
programming or if you are just paranoid, I'd probably suggest you go to 6.5
PP3 as an intermediate step - then on to 7.5 PP1 in a couple of months.

HTH,

John
