Well, I guess it depends on your idea of "easy", but we do it all the time 
with varying degrees of success.  We have two remote locations on the other

end of a frame relay circuit.  What we did was hang a DTC off the network 
hub at the remote site (the FR router connects to the hub as well, and 
must be configured to bridge the DTC protocol if you're using non-routable 
DTC's as we are) and then the printer is connected to the DTC as you would 
in a "normal" installation.  This seems to work well at one site (the one 
furthest away geographically) but does not work as well at the nearer site.


I haven't tried JetDirects over FR, only spooled, serial printers to 
nailed DTC ports.
