I strongly recommend doing some single-file testing before you go for the
whole tape.  The previous instruction, simply use ";create", is going to
restore your files to their original accounts, creating groups accounts and
users as necessary.  I don't think that's what you wanted; instead I think
you want to do something like...

as manager.sys,

buildacct test
newuser mgr.test;pass=five
restore *t;@[log in to unmask]@;account=test;owner=mgr;create

which will hard-code owner and account but let group come from the tape.

now before you trust either of us, TEST!
