Hmmm - lots of open space and sunshine.  Is this a prescription for
continued domination of energy supplies by the Middle East?  Anyway, all of
this will become a fairly trivial issue if/when we manage to build practical
fusion reactors.

I realize opening this can of worms will result in a treatise from Wirt on
the current state of fusion reactor research, but I will welcome the
information.  I haven't been hearing much about it lately.
