Gibson,

In my experience it seems that HP has given this up but some of the 3rd
party hardware support companies still do it. I don't know that it makes a
major difference but I always liked the concept of pro-active reviews.

Thanx,

Subject: Regular mantenance needed?

Since we upgraded from a 70 to a 928 I haven't seen our CE do a preventative
maintenance check. Is it a good idea to have some one check the system? I
recall they used to check the filters and fans on the 70.
