So you're saying that some people who read this list would otherwise
never know about the attack and so would be spared the knowledge of the
"troubling news", if it were not for Bill's posting.

I personally appreciated the information from Bill as I was in my usual
"mushroom mode" here at work. I had no idea as to what was going on
yesterday in the rest of the world.
