Hi Richard and All Who Posted about Problems with the Survey :)
    When I finally figured I see how far I could get using the tricks
various of you have mentioned.... I got the following page:

We are sorry, but our survey has been taken offline for the time being while
we fix some
technical problems that our users are experiencing. Please bear with us
through this
temporary situation. Thank you for understanding.

I guess you all got heard :) So, do we count this as "unplanned down time" ?
