HP e3000 Training in February: 2/19/01 and 2/20/01

Just a reminder that through TechGroup University we will be offering
a two-day MPE/iX Performance & Tuning course.  For details please
visit our web site at http://www.craigs.com/Training.htm or the
TechGroup University site at http://www.abctechgroup.com/ for details
and availability.

On 2/22/01 and 2/23/01 we will also via TechGroup University be
offering two, one-day courses in Customer Service.  The first is on
Superior Customer Service, the full course based on our talk at
HPWorld 2001 under the same name.  We will also be conducting a full
course on "Why good employees do bad things".  Both of these course
are excellent for anyone who manages support or technical employees.

Look forward to seeing you there!  If you can't make the February
course, we are offering it again in April.  It is already on the
Calendar.
