Fred,

Writ's only research for making that statement must have come from reading
or listening to biased media coverage.

I on the other hand personally know 2 individuals stationed over there. I
am in contact with their families on a regular basis. While in the north,
where one of them is stationed it is somewhat chaotic, things are improving.
However, in Baghdad and in the south (where the other individual has been
stationed) he tells his family that the opinion of the locals is that things
are far better than under Saddam. Business is flourishing, more and more
people are getting back to work. They no longer fear for their lives like
they did under Saddam.

He also tells his family of the re-construction work that he and his fellow
soldiers are involved in on a regular basis. They have been helping the
locals rebuild their houses, farms and businesses on their down time.
That's the story that is happening all over Iraq and the media has never
reported it. This re-construction help is not just coming from his unit.
It is happening throughout the country.

While you are being spoon fed what the agenda driven media wants you to
hear, something very different is going on in Iraq.

I prefer hearing my news strait from the people on the ground.

It's funny that we have never heard any of you site any of these facts?

Tim

PS: Now on to junk statistics in Israel.

Wrong.,,, Wirt's knowledge base and his reasoning power are the only
things which have a spell over him.
