I know this isn't the normal venue for such a question, but I've searched the Netscape page and can't find an answer to this, so I thought I'd try this knowledgeable crowd.

When I start Netscape 4.7, I intermittantly get a window with the message:  "locate link browser"  in a window that looks like it wants me to identify a file.
anyone else seen this.
It also was occuring in 4.6 before I upgraded.  I can't remember exactly when it started happening, so I can't isolate any change I might have made that would cause it.
