        I have used profile LJ18D96 for a LaserJet 4, 4+ and 5.  These
printers have worked very well on our 978. Hope this helps.

We are trying to get a LaserJet4 to work on our HP3000 and are looking
for any help at all in this area. We attempted profile PR18D96 and are
