All kidding aside, a bank president I used to work for here in the Twin
Cities had to argue in front of a judge why their bank's drive-thru ATM's
did NOT have braille on them.  He LOST and had to comply.  The judge told
him that it's theoretically possible that a blind person could be a
passenger in a vehicle that would need access to a drive-thru ATM.  The
bank president countered with "then the driver could do the transaction",
but evidently that's not good enough.
