If you have MPEX from Vesoft you can use the SAVEJOB command to save all
jobs or any valid Vesoft job subset (deferred, executing, etc). After the
system is back up, you can then execute the DOSAVED command to
re-introduce the jobs into the job queue. I have had trouble with jobs
streamed from numbered files using this technique in the past, perhaps
Vesoft has fixed this. If you have Nbspool you can also save input
spoolfiles (jobs) via the MERGE command (I think) and then re-introduce
the job(s) later via (someother Nbspool) command.
