Have seen this with Outlook when the server keeps rejecting the msg as
infected. Need to disconnect from network, and try to delete from outbox
while its offline maybe.

Subject: [HP3000-L] OT: Outlook Express Problem

We use Outlook Express as our email client and we have one user who has
a
problem. The problem is that OE keeps sending email messages, over and
over again. That is, the same email message is sent out multiple times
(like forever). The user cannot delete the message from the Outbox. I
thought this was a problem with OE getting "whacked", and, since the
computer was rather "aged", we just purchased a new computer for this
user
rather than reformat and reload. They had the new computer in use for a

half a day and the problem surfaced again.

I have searched MicroSoft.com without any luck in finding anything about

this problem.

I have searched the configuration options in OE trying to figure out if
the user could have brought this on themselves (I am leaning towards
that
explanation), but to no avail.

Can anybody help with this issue?

TIA

Jim Phillips
