On a VERY similar note;

I was looking at upgrading a 929KS020 to a 969/220 which I was told are
in the same tier (330?) according to HP... Yet I get a quote for upgrading
COGNOS of over $30k...?!?

(At least one other Vendor up north also is quoting several thou$ to upgrade
their utility package on the same plan...?)
