Try Bi-Tech in Chico, CA.  They have a package called IFAS/3000 (Integrated
Fund Accounting System).  It covers the whole gamut you spoke of:  accts
receivable, payable, purchasing, GL, etc.  I'm not sure of the contact
name; however, you can look at www.bi-tech.com for details.  We ran an
entire university's accounting system on IFAS and it worked well (one of
the very few pieces of software that did run well!).
