MS will appeal - you can bank on it.  There's enough evidence that
Penfield-Jackson has had it in for MS, and although some of what he said was
true, he sided too much with Netscape/Apple and Barksdale and dismissed much
of what MS came out with.
The ruling was too one-sided, hence why you can probably bet on the fact
that it will be appealed and fought further.
