Help, right away, of course! :)
Friday night I tweaked a customer's LAN by removing the
BNC(10Base2/ThinNet) Cabling from the DTC<-->Router Connection and put
RJ45 MicroTransceivers on each and then plugged them in to a hub using
standard Patch cords. The router connection is great, the VT-MGR
connections on the LAN to the remote HP3K via the WAN are great, however
the DTC traffic has ceased to respond! I cannot access the DTC via
SYSDIAG or PING. The bridging of the DTCs AFCP has worked flawlessly up
until I changed from the BNC connector on the DTC to the AUI port.
Are the AUI ports on the DTC48 for looks only and I didn't know that or
am I missing something?
Any and all immediate reponses will be deeply appreciated.
Thanks,
