Well, the CSPP/DSPP has never been 3000-specific (it's HP's general ISV
and developer program for all their computer systems).  I don't know if
there are any changes in the 3000 part of the program or not.  The
people in the CSPP/DSPP have always been very helpful and seem to be one
of the few groups in HP who thinks that their success depends on making
their "customers" successful.
