Mikael

As far as I am aware, Java on the HP3000 will talk very nicely to Image.
Speak to Mike Yawn, or visit http://jazz.external.hp.com for all the info
you may need.

Oh, and if you do finally migrate off the HP3000 and onto some other Oracle
engine, please post to this list your benchmarks, findings, cost of
ownership etc, just so that we can all benefit from your experience.

Regards

Neil

 Hi

Are there anyone out there that runs HP on HP3000 on a Oracle database?
We have just moved some of our Image bases to Oracle and have run into
major performance problems. A quick screen takes 2-3% cpu and each search
can take from between 15 sec to 15 minutes! - The normal time is 1-2 sec!

Does anyone out there have any experience on this?

 Regards
